Springy stir-fry noodles meet Buldak chilli sauce and a richer cream-cheese powder. This is Cream Carbonara, distinct from the regular pink Carbonara recipe. One 140g bag contains noodles, a liquid seasoning sachet and a powder sachet. Multipacks pictured in the guide do not change the quantity selected above.
How to cook
Boil the noodles in 600ml of water for five minutes. Drain, leaving eight tablespoons of water. Add the liquid sauce and powder, then mix well. Take care when draining hot water; adjust seasoning to your taste.
